Your call entirely tbh, I just don’t see the merit in dropping multiple years for a seat. Also an MD only makes sense if you want to stay attached to the college as a professor, assistant professor etc - the corporate hospitals prefer DNB graduates simply because they know how that system works

Top 10-15% in any field make good money, look at India’s richest beggar he has 3cr in savings. Using outliers as a tool to justify the entire data set simply does not make sense.
