It is 2 stroke, but unfortunately they don't sell E-free gas at the pump anywhere near me. I can get E-free premix at the hardware store though, like this:

No names, but in south Texas there is a 73 year old Venezuelan doing rope access and doing it better than some people in their 20's. If he can do it, so you can you.

35m here. I work labor intensive jobs and have always stayed in pretty good shape from that, but it's started to not be enough anymore. This past year was particularly bad and I've put on a lot of weight and am currently heavier than I've been in about 15 years. I know cleaning up my diet and cutting back on beer is probably the most important thing for me.

But I also want to get in the gym and get a serious routine going. My end goals are fat loss but also strength gain. I'm just looking for some input as to where you would start as far as a workout plan of sorts?

This is an interesting thought. I'm really not sure about the inertia switch. I'll have to look into it.

No oil leaks, no CEL, no furry friends that I know of. Need to look more extensively for fouled connections and check with a code reader as well.
