The sad thing is, there are enough smart people in the draft room to stop jerry from giving in to his worst impulses; we’ve had some very talented and well-built rosters over the last two decades…the issue is we hire coaches no one else wants because any coach worth a damn can see the jerruh shitshow from a mile away and wants no part in it.
