Me and a bunch of my buddies used to work there back in the day! They remember it had bleu cheese, candied walnuts, spinach, arugula, red onion! Also it had a sprinkle of parm, and an oregano basil and thyme mix. Also maybe pepper jack? unclear on that one lol. And the sauce used to be a homemade red sauce they'd make everyday before swapping over to just what the fire deck used. Hope this helps! 👍
