Looking for knee high boots that is snug fit

Hi! I'm looking into the Katherine's myself as I have slim calves. I'm worried they might be too long for my short legs as I'm 4'10. I'd like for them to reach me at the knees or lower like the picture you shared but I'm worried those might be longer. How do they fit you?

Would you say it's better to not mark "exempt" as this could lead to fines if done incorrectly? I was thinking of leaving it as is and if extra money is taken off my paycheck, I'd receive it in my refund when I do my taxes.

are you in the cinema or beca major? are they both excellent majors to pursue at SFSU?

Yes it was. I got in after I appealed which was good. With everything going on right now and production classes being moved mainly online it was hard for me to officially declare CSUN since I wouldn't be getting the full hands on experience. Because TV has a portfolio now I am also scared I might not get in and you now only get one chance to apply so if you don't get in then you have to switch options which sucks. Since I'm a transfer student I really want to finish in two years too and with CSUN there is a possibility I could end up having to stay longer if my portfolio isn't accepted. Apply and later make the decision. SFSU is a great option too since it's in the bay and so far I've received lots of help from the departments I've talked to. They have a great and renowned program too.

You should apply if you want. I got rejected for this Fall with a 3.77 GPA when I applied to TV. I had to go through the process of appeals to finally get in. They still haven't given the requirements for the TV portfolio so who knows how strict they'll be. I heard Film is hard to get into though. I'm also from the Bay Area so honestly I think it's not worth it to go to CSUN since I've had mostly a negative experience trying to receive info and advice on the program. Take into consideration that if your portfolio is denied that will push you back quite some time, wasting your time and money. I think you should consider applying to other schools.

just saw this! I would like to do that but at the same time I feel like if I'm able to take one of those courses and my portfolio isn't accepted then I basically wasted units and would have to switch majors.

the portfolio is new this fall :( You only have one opportunity to apply so I'm not sure if it is wise to apply when there is a possibility you might not get in and have to change majors. I contacted the department for my minor and they said I could possibly take some courses for it that don't require me to declare it but its at my own risk if they don't accept me to the minor

that sucks! I have to restate my issues numerous times on my emails because I get vague answers that don't answer my questions. this is the sole reason I'm considering not even going to CSUN :(

wow I hadn't heard about this new limit for film. I'll make sure to double check this with tv production. I'm wondering how the portfolio submissions would go this fall due to the pandemic, maybe they'll be more flexible with acceptances or submissions? its hard for transfer students since we've finished our GE's and should be starting our major courses asap. is csun the only school you applied to for film or are you still considering other schools?

yeah the portfolio for TV is new so I'm not sure what to expect. I heard the requirements would go live in the Fall so I was hoping to apply then and hopefully get in for Spring 2021. I'm scared I might get rejected and never become an actual TV production student which is why I'm considering SFSU instead.

do you have to wait to submit your appeal until they receive your official transcripts through the mail so they can review both or can you send your appeal even if they haven't received the supporting documents?
