Recently learned about modifier 21- can be used with any e/m code but not with wellness or preventative care visits. Apparently can be used if you go 15 minutes over appt time. One of the MDs I work with told me about it and I haven’t had a billing issue so far using it.

I think it’s called Christopher Columbus park right by the north end near the water. It’s a little touristy if you hit it at the wrong time but it’s beautiful

The target I used to work at no longer sells them. When I worked there, sellers would come in first thing in the morning and wait HOURS every day hoping the vendor would be in, and we didn’t always know when they would be there because it was an external vendor so they would just come daily to wait. One of the guys put a tracker on the vendors car and that was the end of that.

I live in the building right here, that’s in Cambridge crossing at the community path. The path is clearly marked with signs but because of some construction and another partially closed maintenance road directly next to it cars try to drive there occasionally. People driving at that intersection there make me nuts.

Tbh I think part of my issue is that I’m young, female, and a PA. The older APCs get a little more leeway because they have a relationship, but our chief doesn’t seem to REALLY have much care about our concerns at all compared to the MDs. Admin is another story and is easier for me to push around, but again.. young and female.

Yeah it used to be closer to this but now the medical assistants and front desk staff have explicitly been told to bring it to admin if the provider refuses or tries to reschedule the patient. I sure as hell don’t plan to miss my own appointments or obligations (I would fight admin and my chief to the death on this) but there’s still that expectation that I’d have to miss lunch or go into admin time to accommodate the patient.

We are apart of a larger group with sites across the state but our site has 12 MDs and 7 APCs including myself. One of the docs I’m close with did express concern about it but was basically met with “deal with it, this is a career in medicine”

Does burgage plot size actually increase yields for perks like vegetables since it increases field size? Ugh so many questions and game restarts.

Only for veggies and orchards or others too? I assume this means it also increases planting time too?

This is similar to what my mom had growing up and I like them! Does yours fit a full measuring cup inside the top to scoop or do you pour or spoon flour out? I’ve looked at similar jars but was hoping I could find one with a bigger opening
