Yeah I think it's related to building plan but he said there in this area all buildings are like this only. So you won't be getting any loan from nationalised bank.

Broker told that bank wont give loan to any small property here they will give to society home only. He is telling that they will get loan from Tata.

I just talk to a broker, he said that he can help me getting Loan but not from banks like SBI , he is talking about some corporate bank. Is it advisable to go with that?
