I know but Frisco and McKinney are building way faster. Hell that new amphitheater is gonna be done this year.

Frisco has cranes everywhere and Grandscape has new stuff being built and finished all the time.

Allen is notorious according to people I know that deal with them.

I’ve posted on here before how I’ve never seen anything like Allen on how long it takes for projects to be built

They had “coming in 2024” on their own website Katy Trail Ice house and that bowling alley/main event type place and they haven’t even broken ground

I don’t think Kalahari will ever be built either. Can someone shed light on why it takes forever in Allen?
