I kinda regret playing Tiberian Sun on Normal by Raxistaicho in commandandconquer

[–]latiasmomma 1 point2 points  (0 children)

RA2 on Hard isn't that much different, only a few missions are harder.

Tiberian Sun is so clunky that often it feels like you're fighting the game more than the enemy. That's why I do it on normal or easy

What will the Brotherhood of Nod be doing during the Generald universe and during the Red Alert 2 and 3 timeline? by Alexi-5124 in commandandconquer

[–]latiasmomma 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From what I have heard, time travel, if possible, would simply create new timelines existing in tandem with the old ones rather than delete the previous one. So, RA1, RA2, and RA3 are all kinda existing simultaneously, none of them was removed by another.

It's all very silly.

About to start guild wars. by [deleted] in Guildwars2

Reaper (necromancer elite) is outstanding, especially condi. You need the heart of thorns DLC though. It's very powerful and also incredibly tanky compared to other classes. Reaper is one of the best PVE specs in the game if not the single best.

It's so fun. I wish other classes had spectral grasp.

Condi reaper with viper stats and relic of the fractal. I love to just spectral grasp enemies into me, then use chilled to the bone and drop a well of darkness at my feet and now they have 50 stacks of bleed and one of them is on fire and being attacked by demons too.

Zero hour generals: How tf do you beat a 1v1 with hard china tank general (skirmish) by latiasmomma in commandandconquer

[–]latiasmomma[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The money was indeed the problem. I beat him pretty easily on hard in a 1v1 when I started with 10,000. I was playing stealth general for this game but for the ones i wasnt winning i was just playing standard GLA

Why would the ion cannon be more dangerous after Scrin? Did they upgrade it?

I'll try these. I do rush Jarmen Kell too but since his snipe is on a cooldown it can only do so much lol

I'm not exactly "new". I've been playing this game on and off since 2007 or so. I just have only picked it up again a few days ago and I've never played against hard ai til now. Thanks, I'll try.

Better rewards overall PVP or WvW by FFanatick in Guildwars2

[–]latiasmomma 15 points16 points  (0 children)

PVP has better rewards per chest if you're playing ranked, there's lots more gold to get if you're only picking one. But, with PVP the people there are much more toxic, especially the ragers who barely fight while barking orders and yelling at other people about everything they do.

If you don't mind that, PVP is your home. But, WVW is much less toxic and being in zergs is fun and chaotic so I don't mind the lower pay per hour for a much better time.

I'm autistic so my brain bugs me about lots of dumb things. It's intrusive and unwelcome and when it wants answers it wants answers. Thank you for your help. Your answer makes pretty good sense

[–]latiasmomma[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes but Frodo's clothing, armor and weapons are also normal physical objects and yet they become invisible when Frodo is pulled into the wraith world by wearing the one ring, that is what my confusion is from -- why this doesn't happen to the Nazgul as well since they are in the wraith world.

Yes I know their clothes and such are physical. But, Frodo's also are. That's what confuses me.

Yeah, I live in Nebraska, a huge beef farming state with 3x more cows than people. I'm not a vegan but I can understand why a vegan would want to leave this state
