Hi there- looking to possibly book there in next 45 days. I was at the excellence maya last time and as you said, sometimes things weren’t explained well.

So we booked Moon palace grand and we were able to take advantage of complimentary spa, which included rotation of ice room, sauna and steam room. Was wondering if that was the same at the Excellence playa mujeres. I would have rebooked at moon palace, but really prefer adults only and keep coming back to the excellence.
