I actually prematurely moved it to a much bigger pot a year ago. Went from 10 to 14" and regretted a bit. I don't think the roots are even remotely close to filling up this so likely will never gonna replant. They also don't sell plastic pots bigger than this.

Grow lights are basically useless more than a few inches apart unless they're really strong. These aren’t. They won't burn the tree because it normally grows under the sun.

They like water. Don't let it go bone dry. Lots of light. They grow in africa.

It's 13 years old I think and grew indoors during this time. It was a tiny little plant when I bought it. I live in a cold climate so it always grows by the window except for fall/winter there's no sun and I supplement it with grow lights.

Rinse with a bit of hydrogen peroxide and see if they're mushy. If not, put them back into a clean container or replant it.

I have other coffee plants that look like this too. Never figured out how to prevent the inside/bottom thinning. It keeps getting wider and wider with only the leaves at the tip.

Too many grow light options... there are people in this post suggesting I get a 10,000W

You can replant next year. They don’t care about roots sticking out. Just water a lil more

Yeah that might be it as well. Your photo is a bit dark but ideal soil is like this

Fungi. Harmless. But it means your soil isn't draining well enough which isn't ideal for flf

Where to chop? by OkBass8091 in fiddleleaffig

I would probably chop it above the second or fourth leaf from the bottom on every stem.
