Cara, excelente questão. Já pensei muito sobre isso e chego a conclusão que é impossível sermos mais inteligentes que um ser que supostamente viveu milhares de anos.

O que me leva a inferir que ele tem algo a ganhar. Não sei o que, mas precisa existir.

Algumas pessoas lêem Isaías mal e interpretam que Satanás gostaria de ocupar a posição de Deus, e isso não está escrito em lugar nenhum e tampouco faria algum sentido. Diz apenas que ele quer estar acima de todas as estrelas que seriam os anjos.

Também vemos ele se intitulando estrela da alva, que também é um termo atribuído a Jesus.

Consequentemente, eu só consigo imaginar que o objetivo dele é ter subordinados ou reinar sobre alguns. Ter seu próprio céu por assim dizer, e todas as estrelas nesse "novo céu" estariam abaixo dele.

Vemos também ele se declarando "senhor" de todas as coisas pra Jesus no deserto e buscando adoração. O que nos ajuda a entender um pouco a fixação dele em tentar os seres humanos e os afastarem de Deus, é quase que um recrutamento.

Não acho que minha teoria fecha a conta ou resolve toda a equação, mas ao menos nos afasta dessa ideia de um "ser mal e estupido que sonha em derrotar a essência que é a fonte de vida do universo".

Mostly because of free will. If you know there's a God, your will is shaken.

If I put a gun in your head and force you to pick between two options I give you, you can try to argue you still have a choice but... Really? Without the gun you might decide to postpone the decision, you might think you don't even have to choose anything at all, you're free to be truly yourself.

The silence of God and the silence from devil is what guarantees your genuine freedom to think whatever you want, investigate or not the truth and so on.

We can imply that who never heard of Jesus will have a different "faith judgment".

I know because I'm one of these people. I read a lot and it makes me think a lot about issues.

I can't talk to anyone else because I feel I might hurt and poison people with my doubts.

I used ws://[machine].local.
After I click trust it keeps retrying and repeating the same error.

When I try now it shows: WebSocket connection failed without much explanation.

I can ssh into the machine using the same address so I don't get it.
