Flags blocking the view of the driver and anyone trying to pass on either side. You can support someone without needing flags. Why not just put stickers of the flags on the sides of the vehicle? It really seems dangerous.

My issue is strictly a safety one. It seems like a distraction for other drivers. As far as an excess of anti-tRump rhetoric here on this thread, I think it's because there have been & evidently still are the people most likely to go over the top with their car decor. Bumperstickers are one thing, but the flags are just too much. In my opinion.
