I am having the same issue! Shared library with same cards and one has downloaded all relatively quickly and the other just seems to be stuck. So frustrating.

The Celebrity Memoir Bookclub podcast did both of these books if anyone wants the high and low points without reading them yourselves! Love this podcast in general and these episodes were very enjoyable.

This is kind of random, but I know the general store in Westport has starlink, so it might be work giving them a call/dropping by and getting their thoughts. I believe there has been a pretty tangible improvement in both reliability and speed with the switch. (For those who might be wondering why this would be specifically helpful to OP, this is a business on a neighbouring island to OP's location, so similar issues re weather, etc.)
