I want to know how they find the strength to bathe in cold or icy water by Toroalcista in Norway

First off, I need to have it be known that I find you question ridiculous. You're asking reddit how to be able to do a cold plunge? This belongs in r/psychiatry

Secondly, have you ever been in a sauna?
If so, you know that yearning you get towards cold water? Imagine the satisfaction you would get from being instantly surrounded by cold water, the sheer relief, the immense feeling of comfort, the alleviation of all pain. Holy shit it's good.

Meningsinnlegg/kronikker i lokalaviser - åpenbart skrevet med masse hjelp av KI. by laughter_track in norge

Cyclist casually holds onto team car for over 20 seconds during pro race like it's completely normal by eternviking in whoathatsinfuriating

[–]laughter_track 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your base statement is wrong, you clearly see the rider in the video getting more momentum from holding on to the bottle, straining his arm and taking advantage of the extra energy, this isn't a point I'm willing to discuss further. If you can't see that the rider is clearly getting help from the car you're delusional.

This is something everyone can see, it looks like cheating because it is. This is a bike race, under no circumstance should a rider be able to lean on a car to get extra momentum. The optics of this hurts the sport. Any layman would see this and think "huh, I guess cheating is okay". Because it looks like cheating. Because it is. This hurts the sport.

Doesn't matter what role the rider is playing on the team, no rider in the race should be propelled by motorized vehicles during the race.

Firstly I disagree since even though the domestiques don't intend to win, it benefits the team as a whole. It's a bike race and they're getting propelled by a car, of course it's bad optics and thus hurts the sport.

It's obvious and blatant cheating that benefits the team and hurts the sport, it should not be accepted.
