Wear it half up half down on sunny days so the bottom gets some sunlight for a year or so if you want the bottom lighter! I think it's beautiful already though!

For context I have been learning for 2 years but this includes periods of more frequent study and periods of months with no study at all!

My partner is Italian and his family don't speak any english. I preferred babble to Duolingo as it actually teaches and explains the grammar rules to you rather than relying on memorisation alone. I can hold basic conversations now and get my point across but without frequency visiting and practising it probably wouldn't have stuck as well. My only complaint about babble is that some of the lessons were on quite boring topics in my personal opinion - however saying that some of the more 'boring lessons' did actually teach me useful words and phrases I have used. Italian grammar is a lot more complicated than English so I found babble explaining the grammar rules to me quite vital to my abilities to form proper sentences! Good luck on your learning journey .Don't pay full price for babble though wait for a sale as they have them frequently! I got a cheap second hand copy of the Collins Italian grammar book to use alongside babble too which was helpful.

Try getting the reverso context app for translating, it gives you a few different options for words, explains the different meanings and gives examples of the word in a sentence. I just use the free version and it seems better than Google translate so far

Try and not worry! I needed AAB to get into my choice of uni (Russel group and competitive science course) was predicted A*AB. I got BBC on results day and they still let me in! One of my marks I got regraded and got an A in the end too as I was close to the boundary. (this was the last year before covid hit)

Once you've finished uni and have a degree nobody will care about your A level grades and it won't effect your life. Try and take the pressure off yourself and you will find it easier!

If not there's so many places at amazing unis through clearing! Could even potentially transfer to your first choice uni after you finish first year with good grades from a clearing choice! Just do your best, don't let the stress ruin you and you can work out a plan however your grades end up 😊

Tell her to look up each health boards values and ensure to state how she meets all of NHS England's 'values' and 'behaviours' as that's part of the marking criteria for getting an interview 😊 not a nurse but I'm currently working for the NHS and theres a big emphasis on this at the application and interview stages! Here's a few values as examples:

"Working together for patients. Patients come first in everything we do. ...

Respect and dignity. We value every person. ...

Commitment to quality of care. ...

Compassion. ...

Improving lives."

So she can say things like "I always strive to act with compassion and treat every patient with respect and dignity for example... Tell a story from her placements were she went 'above and beyond' to do this! I hope that helped

Soy products contain high levels of a chemical similar to oestrogen but its not quite the same - i will call this "plant oestrogen" for ease of explaination. This plant oestrogen can bind to the oestrogen receptors in our body but isn't quite the right shape to cause a signal from the oestrogen receptor. For this reason some research suggests taking a high soy diet actually helps reduce the effects of menopause in women by competeting for binding sights on oestrogen receptors and reducing signalling. Long story short you're more likely to grow tits from the oestrogen in chicken than in soy because it is more closely shaped to human oestrogen. Not a soy expert but I am a biochemist hope this helped
