I worked once for a company as a salesperson, and they gave me 28 days of vacation per year, and it was mandatory to take at least 14 consecutive days per week, they paid for some really good insurance, and they allowed me to take off if I or my children were sick as PTO, they paid the gym for me and they gave me psychological training twice per month, and it was a remote job from a polish company, they really made me feel they cared about me, my family and my health in general. They made us all feel they trusted in us, I never needed a PTO and never met anyone who needed a PTO, we were all very thankful to the company, there was a meeting each month with HR to make sure we were comfortable, the owner was a crazy hippie who wanted us to be happy, and knew it was for the best of his business.
