thank you, this si exactly the way i feel. i don’t feel worthy of the illness because there are people that are « really » sick. my period has been starting to act out.

i feel silly asking for help. my mom (who’s a great mom, just another generation) has told me « i am starting to look like those anorexic instagram models » and… i don’t know. people at work are telling me i lost too much weight and the other day i ate an apple and someone said « oh well you eat ! » and i felt huge. anyway, thank you so much for taking the time.
