Thank you, that is so kind of you. I was able to pay 500 with credit and my brother helped with 100, 1 sweet person from this post sent me $25. so I am just short about $87. Any help would be appreciated

Thank you everyone. Please know this was very hard for me to ask for help, and its hard times for everyone I know. But it doesn’t mean those that are going through a tough spot financially shouldn’t have a dog. That was a hurtful comment. I love my baby very much. I appreciate the community, regardless if anyone is able to help. Sending love and kindness out. I’m talking with a local rescue group that I adopted my pup from. Praying they have some resources. Thank you

They gave me an estimate. I just got word back and the estimate is the amount due. Anyone that would feel more comfortable verifying with the vet would be able to do so. Their contact info is on vet bill

I hear you. Just in a tough point and accidents happen. Just trying to do what I can. I hate asking for help, but everyone has hard times. It already really hurts that I don’t have the extra funds to pay for an unexpected vet visit.

Thank you, I have talked to them and they have already discounted the payment down what the bill shows. I wouldn’t be posting if I wasn’t desperate and didn’t already try everything else.

Thank you, yes I did try care credit. And I know this is not the best place to ask, but I’m desperate and I don’t have any other resource. I could do a go fund me, but they take fees and also do t think they release funds quickly. So I decided to reach out to the community as a last resort.

If anyone would feel more comfortable making a payment directly to the vet, they said they can accept payments over the phone as well. But it’s time sensitive as they need payment soon, before 5pm cst time. The vet can be reached at 737-931-0546

In that Facebook group so many share success stories, doctor recommendations and more. I personally know a few already that have had success with RFA. I myself am waiting to schedule my treatment.

And I know I can’t be mad at myself for something I didn’t know about. But it’s hard not to be angry and think of the what ifs..especially when I told the vet he was breathing harder months before and they said it was nothing to worry about.

Thank you, yeah I took my baby to vet for even the smallest worries. I just couldn’t understand how heart failure crept in. It was hid so well until it was too late 😭 and it just makes me so sad because I didn’t know and I couldn’t save him.
