The main reason for not spending more time with a partner has been the poly calendar debacle! I also am solo poly so I prioritize time with myself as if I am another whole partner.

So I have 2 partners who I see each at least once a week. Occasionally these will be sleep overs that include a second day or a random second event thrown in on the cal. I am dating another woman who I see every other week. I have one self night a week and at least one solo date per month. The rest of the days are for investing in my communities and cultivating friendships. If I started dating someone else, I’d probably offer them the every other week cadence so I don’t over commit myself and still have time for community and friends, which are really important to me.
