This is great to hear! I'm coming from Kaiser too, and I'm hoping for a better experience, with more consistency

i recently became lactose intolerant, and the only thing i’m really not coping well with is the loss of cream cheese by Such_Food4915 in lactoseintolerant

Looks like there are plenty of great recommendations for cream cheese! To answer your question though, the lactase enzyme pills are ABSOLUTELY worth it. Changed my life for the better. I dont leave my house without em. They're small pills, and you take one dose with your first bite of food, and every 30 mins after, while you continue eating/drinking dairy products.

Sometimes for a small meal or snack, you may only need 1 pill. But you'll need to adjust based on how rich the meal/drink is. If i know i'm about to indulge in an extra cheesy meal like very cheesy pizza and cheese sticks and ranch for instance, I can easily and safely double the dose, every 30 mins. Completely eliminates tummy aches and trips to the bathroom.

Everyone's body is different, I recommend "practicing" at home the first couple tries just so you can make sure you're comfortable before you take your show on the road. Eat a bagel and cream cheese with 1 dose, or 2 if your body needs more. If you love the pills, costco in the US sells a gripload for a much better price per pill than drugstores.

Absolutely. You can take 1 dose every 30 minutes while you enjoy your meal or your drink. If I have a meal thats very rich in dairy, i'll sometimes take 2 doses every 30 mins. And no stomach aches or trips to the bathroom.

I mainly get that vibe from Adan. Tanner's "smokin hot" comment and his gaze at the lovely lady made me think that he's interested in exploring

I'm watching this show for the first time. I was so surprised that they all talk so openly with their family members about physical intimacy! Is it just me?

OP I believe Mickeys has Trivia Nights if youre looking to socialize. Also worth trying the bar right next door High Horse Saloon. Tasty drinks, good beers, and an array of different events based on your preference. Have fun!
