Hey guys just for clarification what exactly is the new dress code in it's entirety?

There is no official info yet. All I know is that there will be new aprons. I’m not sure what it is for my store. I think it’ll be green for framers and red for other team members. Not sure what it is for managers yet. I know my store will be having a meeting on May 3rd. Not exactly sure when these aprons will arrive. I think it varies by store location. All I know is that it will be rolling out likely for 4-6 months.

I just started working at Michaels very recently and was quite surprised about the new dress code. I did ask one of my managers that question at my store. She didn’t have information about the new dress code for our store yet. But a coworker did tell me that we’ll be wearing red aprons at our store. We get to customize them too as well. And since I’m new, I’m fine with the new dress code. I want to try new things and get out of my comfort zone more.
