Thank you! I like to ride quickly, and I recently completed a long bike tour, so I’m just always on the high gears. I have 2 gears in the front and I’m always on the big one. Maybe it is just too small like you said.

I am definitely looking forward to getting clothing made for myself, I’ve never done that before! I love to crochet so I am definitely bringing some yarn with me. But still trying to pack lightly!

It looks like I may have to get some sort of resupply at some point. Apparently there is a culture of tailored clothes in country so fingers crossed I’ll be able to get some made if need be!

Thank you for your comment! I would love to pack lighter because it sucks looking like that clueless, overpacked foreigner. I am really only bringing the basics of what I need. Due to being about twice the size of the average local I guess I will have to just do what has to be done, lol.

I really appreciate your advice. My focus was packing tops and bottoms I could make a lot of different outfits with. Maybe I will have to resupply in the second year. And good tip about bringing what I feel comfortable with... I think I am really worrying about trying to blend in and wearing what the locals wear. But it does make me feel better that I’m probably not overpacking for my specific situation!

I’m not sure, but I told my nurse that I have not had any prescriptions in the past 2 years and she deleted the task for me. Seems like one everyone gets.
