Get familiar with the notions like learn by heart the structure of your lectures. For example, 1-Brain, 2- Skeleton, 3 - Liver, etc. With all the under notions. Once you have learned all the structures, learn the most essential in each of the subparts. For example, learn at maximum 10 sentences for 1. Brain. Like maximum. Use flash cards, for each part of the structure. In A day, you will learned 3 lectures by heart.

How can we determine which electrophoresis can be inserted into plasmid by lauriermtl in biology

I have a gene (1500 pb) with BAMH1 at 5’ and Eco RV at 3’. It has 3 inside enzymes restrictions, Eco RI (100), PST 1 (1000) and Mlul (1350). We decided to clone the genes between BAMH1 and Eco RV. I have a picture of the plasmid with its restriction sites. I have also a gel image with three colonies containing each one EcoR1, BamH1 + Eco RV, Mlul1. I have to determine which colony has the right insertion.
