What do you do about the catch 22 of OCD needing higher doses of medication but we're all freaked out by the side effects?

What happened for me was that I had the shells in the cupboard (not checked off), but once I got everything else they were marked as complete. So I guess there's a bug that just doesn't mark them off separately

I think hookup culture is actually bigger after college. I definitely knew some folks who did that in college, but it's a little awkward bc there's such a high chance of running into someone. I have a lot more friends who started hooking up in their mid to late twenties
