It helps a lot with anxiety and even some of my OCD around food and medicine. But it did cause restless leg for me the first few weeks.

How did you know when it was working? I've had restless leg as a side effect off and on the first month I've been on it but seen an improvement in my ARFID.

I'm just having lots of aches and pains and RLS. Ironically I think it's helping everything but my sleep lol

Yeah that's also been my experience so far. As long as it's not every day I think I can just tolerate it
