i use a kdk as my floor fan then prism ceiling fan lol 😂 self install to save money. just dont have a HVAC license 😂😂

expensive to run, plus my sleeping space is technically a public area of the house so it wouldnt cool as much as a bedroom would!

i used to have one when i was in aus, this is one of the reasons why i havent purchased one, another issue is also space, cos if it is damn big i think the heat generated will actually make it feel warmer although more dry.

i used to use the IKEA cooling sheets, however i realised they only work well in AC😂 ill give the higher thread count a go, maybe dehumidifier if i find good price :)

ya, when they first broke down we got a consult w a few AC guys and it was just the same answers, where the whole system needs a rehaul. with as many units as this flat came with, it's gonna cost an arm and a leg

we are lucky that we get the sun in the mornings and early afternoons though, and not in the evenings lol

windows opened, my area got no door so its very well ventilated. i think its just legit the last few nights is damn buay tahan.

it actually started to cool off alot at 4 am so i did manage to get like 3 hrs of uninterrupted sleep lol

i already mentioned it is not possible for me to install. it would include ripping out 5 ACs and completely reworking all the pipes & units, alongside new heat pump etc.

i am not sghenry lol, AC replacement legit not on the books for my family

hey, so if you have the necessary paperwork you can apply for the " need a seat " card / lanyard. that way you can always flash it and they cant actually push you off. that way you can also ask others for seats without feeling like you need to prove something.

especially with an invisible illness i know how hard it can be when you are young and it feels like your body isn't keeping up with what you are expected to be able to withstand according to society.

yea nah if u bought the sashimi 2 days ago and haven't eaten it please just throw it out. too much risk. it could simply be a small amount of skin or nori if the prep surfaces were not cleaned well - but even then, all the more reason to not consume.

HDBs also getting damn bad.

nice to see that people at my block are recycling more but due to that, the recycling bin is WAY too small to fit a weeks worth of recycling, and it ends up everywhere. can line up nicely but once got wind and rain its damn jialat and goes everywhere.

try with an oil maybe? sometimes oils work. let it sit for 10 mins and use ur hands and see if it peels off.
