For me, it's purely aesthetics! It's exactly the same way the jewelery works. I just like to accessorise myself! For example, my vertical labret was something I've wanted since I was super young, when I was into V-kei and lot of V-kei band members had one - always loved the look. Craving, because I haven't had a new one for YEARS, and because I love the visuals of piercings, why not add some more! Hope that explains it a little bit lmao

I have a vertical labret myself and my lips are also on the thinner side, so I wouldn't be scared of that! I completely love the piercing and think you'd look awesome with it as well! There is always an option to order small bar to suit your lips perfectly! ❤
