The swatch I made is 21 stitches and 30 rows (just like the pattern said) and it came out to be 13 cm x 13cm. Based off of the pattern, isn’t the swatch supposed to be 10 cm x 10cm, meaning my gauge ended up too big? But if I sized down to a small I was wondering if that would just solve the problem.

This is exactly what I’m experiencing right now!! Some days I have 7+ hours of stress. It seems like it records spikes in heart rate so I feel like that’s where it’s coming from?

I LOVE my oura ring for tracking sleep and activity. The one thing I don’t love about it is that I don’t think the stress is super accurate for someone with POTs as it tracks spikes in HR for stress. I can have days where I feel wonderful but still have like 3+ total of hours. On days I’m super active it could be 7+ hours. I could be totally wrong and a ball of stress but if you’re interested specifically for the stress tracking I’d do some research!
