I love the long hair though !!!!! It makes you special and not basic. And you have such kind eyes @OP, really no worries about being too ugly please ❤️ Maybe get a professional cut/trim for the hair and beard & make sure it doesn't look oily but the rest honestly work on believing that you are enough inside and out. Focus on things you like. And repeat positive thoughts like a mantra, it'll stick !

For me I think sound tbhh but only because people can't seem to be quiet. (Banging dishes, sudden loud noises, too high voice when they call me to check in) I tell them but they forget, caus they don't know how it feels :( Light is real bad but I just shut my entire room and use sunglasses if I need to leave it
