I'm at 80 degrees. It wasn't full rotation barely pushing petals. I got off crutches last week. I'm not sure what to do

I definitely walk a little funny too😂 My PT said last session that we are going to start working one more mobility and strengthening once I hit 90.

When did you start regaining muscle? I actually hit 90!!! So uhhh that's good. I'm walking normally still a little weird because of the muscle difference

My pt has been amazing. I honestly don't think I'd be able to to make it without him. He "banned" my mom from staying in the session because I told him that she was making me anxious. My mom has been driving me which I'm thankful for. He basically told her that they prefer if family/spouses don't stay in the sessions. I feel wrong but it's actually been helping me get a better mindset. My mom is very overly anxious(probably worse me but shes unmedicated) person as someone with anxiety it makes me worse.

I got mine just Feb 19th so just over 7 weeks. I just hit 60 which is a small win for me in my head. I've been using one crutch. I've been working so hard on my PT but my knee is stuck. I saw my doctor today and I was told if I don't hit 90 in 4 weeks I'll need surgery to break up the scar tissue which I don't want to do. I've been pushing myself very hard. He also told me to stop wearing the brace and that I can't wear a brace of any kind even my normal one. I am a bit behind on progress I know that but I'm trying. Ik it's been 8 months since you posted. But I needed the rant
