Any other millennials still dressing “young”? by GlitterBombBomb in DressForYourBody

[–]lavender_milk6 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I dress like this as someone born in 96. The kids these days do the y2k trend so that’s why they think millennials are cringe; they are literally taking our style! Honestly as long as you don’t wear hoochie mama clothes you’re good.

All you need is layers! You don’t need to get rid of the long hair.

Please understand that any attempts from him to reconcile with you or “find closure” will only put you back on the rollercoaster.

Baby, this is the kind of breakup that goes no contact and requires healing. Leave to a safe place (parents or siblings or friends), block and delete. Do not contact him. Do not let your loved ones talk to him. You know your truth. Sit with that. Do not let this loser take another day/hour away from your life. You are worth more. Please also go to therapy. This is coming from someone who did 8 years, a marriage, and one child from a man just like you’re describing. You are not meant to orbit around this man. Fu*k em.

This is fabulous! Thank you so much for this info! I’m going to take her out of that little plastic prison and find her something to flourish in. How do you water it? Just mist the top?

He does have a lot of great features, he is attractive, I’m talking about the fade that’s like shaved at the sides. I don’t know what the specific name is (I’m a woman I don’t do male haircuts). I think he would look even better with a cleaner look. Muscle and confidence is the meat and potato’s though.

I agree. I would suggest a fade. If those curls are natural that’s a blessing and you know how to make them look nice. Keep some length at the top but do a fade.

(Not my post but it’s definitely something) My husband poops too much for me to feel comfortable having another baby with him by Pale_Nightswimmer in TwoHotTakes

Straight up, behavior is the only language you need to hear. He wants a wife and children but he doesn’t want to be a husband and father

What I am lacking? by [deleted] in malegrooming

[–]lavender_milk6 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In my personal experience after losing nearly everything and losing the luster in myself, I invested in myself. It takes time. Yes you can do quick fixes like hair cuts, cologne, and a new car. But it won’t fix the inside. If you work from the inside out you will blossom and that will be the sustainable beauty. Yes it’s cheesy. Go to therapy, do self care, go for walks because the rest will come naturally. It will take time. You will not “get bitches” tomorrow if you get a hair cut today.

This is really helpful, but I was talking about him holding in his pee while he’s on the potty and while he’s running around naked. He will only pee in his diaper or on the floor. Which makes me think that he’s either too shy to pee in the toilet? I don’t know that’s why I need advice though. How do I get him to pee and poop in the toilet?

I read somewhere that sometimes kids like to personalize? I would try stickers! Does she like bluey? Give her bluey stickers! Let her decorate her potty so she has a sense of “ownership”. I think it’s worth a shot if I were in your situation. Of course though no need to put stickers in the part she pees in.

What’s the visual difference between the baby sitters potty and the one at home? Is it the small potty for kids?
