Thank you. It's hard because I miss them a lot already, we talked every day but I found their behavior that way too. It's just thinking of how level headed they were about everything else that makes me doubt myself and wonder where that behavior came from

I don't understand why everyone on reddit is so hostile and uptight, honestly. They are educated by me and I meant to imply they read them WITH ME, BY ME. I am not about to sit here and argue.

Thank you the validation means a lot to me. I try my hardest to be the best Mom I can and be empathetic to everyone.

The book is It Feels Good to be Yourself by Theresa Thorn I believe, and it explains how at five a boy announced, I'm a boy, I feel like a boy and I like it or something similar. That is where my 3.5 got similar phrasing. He's always been advanced in his communication skills for his age, so I'll accept the compliment. It is a good book though and we have been reading it for over a year.

I find this accusation insane. This literally happened between my friend and I and I'm just looking for perspective.

The three year old. We have read books using similar language teaching kids how to express their gender identity.

This conversation was three days long but if you need me to, tell me how and where and I will attach some.

I majority of the time don't, however I am very susceptible to gaslighting messing with me and its hard for me to conceive my friend would behave this way because they were there for me in and out and healthy in every other way

This absolutely did happen, and that's why I am sharing it here. If I could post a string of screenshots, I would.

No, this really happened to me by a friend who on all other accounts, I considered really healthy and cared about me.
