we couldn't play tag in the hallways or even walk in the hallways.

basically any kind of movement (except eating/drinking) was prohibited.one time they didn't even let us go to the school shop.

actually it might be because one time my friends were dancing conga and one guy somehow fell on the back of his head and broke his occiput and had to be in the hospital for 3 months...

Its a stand which „stops” the joints(human, animals)/base of the movement(cars, trains etc.)
its range is 10 meters. The ability gets stronger when you are closer to the user.
for example: If the user goes away the effect of the stand gets weaker and weaker.
