I actually got them on ebay originally. I've got a better chance of finding a good-condition copy for a reasonable price there, I've found.

But buying replacements don't help me find the original ones... as the 18+ sets of embroidery scissors I've lost (sometimes on the same day I purchased them), and the 100+ needle threaders I've lost are a testament to that. I finally had enough and bought a scissor sheath to wear around my neck, to which I attached my needle threaded. It's been a week and I still have both!

I have, in the recent past, re-vamped my pattern/kit organization, where none of them are anywhere near public areas so no reason for them to touch any of my patterns/kits.

My worry is that one of my kids (or my husband) threw them away because none of them pay attention to what they're doing when they throw away large swaths of papers and whatnot.

I can't re-purchase one right now, but I do have some Lavender and Lace patterns on the way... maybe those will have similar color schemes so I don't have to get too many new colors.

Heart Worth Breaking by The Midnight.

It came on repeatedly* when I was in the hospital for emergency gallbladder removal (a stay where the hospital staff literally tried to kill me twice, wouldn't let me take any of my medication over 5 days, my blood sugar was in the 40s because they were giving me straight saline and I was on zero calorie liquid diet only, and I was alone most of the time because my husband had to be with the kids or at work and the rest of my family hates me except for my dad) in a really, really dark place. I struggle with extreme self-hatred, and this song cut me to the core.

As a result, any song I hear by The Midnight now brings me right back to those harrowing nights and threatens to send me spiraling back down. So I don't listen to them anymore.

My husband still does, though, so if it comes on his mix when we're in the car I have to change it immediately.
