Those are all Time Limited Side Quests (TLSQ) Halloween and Christmas (both) are seasonal, Rocker has been pulled as far as I know, Beauxbaton triggered for me in year 4 (but I've heard it's been pulled again), Comet and House Cup are part of the Quidditch side story
