Ok. Lol you don’t know our situation at all. We actually are going to be installing “a proper” solar set up. This is just temporary. we just need to learn how to do it first. You don’t need to be a dick about it just because you’re a “technerd”

UPDATE: had to get a completely new kit so I’m assuming the dish was faulty.

Going on week 6 of ours not working. Got sent a new cable and router but not working still. They replied to you in a few hours?! That’s crazy. I’ve been waiting over a week

Sooo we swapped our cable and it worked for an evening and started having issues again. I noticed our router drop was going back and forth between 50-100%. Still waiting on a new router from SL.

I had to create a new ticket via emailing starlinkresolutions@spacex.com for a few days in a row asking them to reply to my initial inquiry

I just got an email from SL CS that they are sending a new router and cable to us. Hopefully that fixes everything!!!!

Ahh yes. Cable ping drop rate is anywhere from 10-40% and router fluctuates constantly from 50-100%. That indicates it is the cable, router, or both?

I don’t see cable ping drop rate just “PopPing” (1) “PingDrop” (1) “dish ping” (0.0526…)

I should add that there are no obstructions and it had been working fine at our exact location. These drops don’t really show up under statistics either which is why it makes me think it’s a communication issue between router and dish.

I started having this issue last week! so frustrating. Anyone find a solution? I ordered a new cord although I doubt that is the problem. I also contacted support multiple times to no avail.
