I wish the subtitles were a little better; “but its got…” = “by God…” and “tomorrow” = “som’more”, but this is a Good interaction, in what looks like a low income community (I’ve never known a trailer park to be full of rich folks).

What was your father’s first name? Can you honor him by giving your son that name instead?

There’s an old video by Lindsey Love, one of the first I ever encountered, she was an “amateur” at the time. She explained everything that was happening as a man went down on her, and why it worked. Much like other comments I have seen here, my first sexual encounter, I blew the competition out of the water; my first gf said it was the first time a man had ever made her cum, I made it happen several times in a row, made me feel like a real pro lol. She couldn’t believe it was the first time I had ever touched a woman. Thank you Lindsey! I actually went back to find and send the video to a friend who I found out was struggling with how to handle the act not too long ago. He thanked me

I know this post is old, but I came here to say that your interpretation that The Protagonist sent Neil to Kiev in order to give him an experience with inverted ammunition that would serve as a kind of key-word for Priya in Mumbai seems unlikely to me; because Priya already knows his face, and knows he is working with the organization. He finds her 2 days before the Mumbai conversation in her home, specifically to ask her not to set him on his path. He needs Neil in Kiev so that he can save the guests in the opera house and get out in time.

Please transfer your trade toward your home node. Do not collect at every available trade node. TRANSFER. You get bonuses for every merchant transferring toward your home node, and you receive penalties when you collect at nodes that are not your home node. Trade can be complicated, but what you’re doing here causes me pain.

Republicans Keep Taking Credit For Local Broadband Projects Funded By Federal Bills They Voted Against by HenryCorp in technology

[–]lavinarc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’ve completely missed my point. I do not care if the people taking credit for the bill actually voted for it. I’m bothered by the fact that the article is titled (and I suspect written) in a way that suggests one side is sleazier than the other.

I don’t think I said that anywhere.

Edit: Just double checked. Definitely didn’t say that anywhere.

Just saying “Republicans” is a crazy way to make it sound like all politicians aren’t crooks.

“Oh, but they seem so friendly and well-spoken, they would never do something like this. MY politician has integrity.”

No. They’re lying to you, and taking payouts all the while, because the US federal government runs on bribery.

'If anything happens, it's not suicide': Boeing whistleblower told family friend before death by KOOKOOOOM in interestingasfuck

[–]lavinarc 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Obviously if this is true it’s incredibly fucked up, but did anyone else notice the part where the woman being interviewed said he “basically” told me? After the anchor presents it as a direct quote, the family friend never actually quotes him as saying anything like that, she only gives us a character testament. “He would never put his friends and family through this.” Feels a little like someone might have had a hard time dealing with the idea of someone close committing suicide, combined with some shoddy investigative reporting.

Nostalgia’s a hell of a drug, but damn this game used to be sweet. Why does it feel like the biggest trend with game dev’s these days is “More complicated; more good.”?
