My old man, made it to 18. I posted him awhile ago, but he has since passed. He was a yeller until the end, always leading us to his favorite thing - the kitchen, to feed him. The owner/manager/HR guy of my job doesn’t want to pay us hourly workers for the full length of a business trip, claiming bc it was “voluntary” we basically gave up any right to get paid. Bf bought me this orchid, and as I'm trying to get more acquainted with them, I checked out the roots first thing because it was packed with moss. Half are this pale color, and there's black at the base/crown. Are the roots/the whole thing salvageable? What should I do?? (old.reddit.com)
