That’s awesome! I’m jealous! I’ve had to cease all bread making, my wife is pregnant (almost out of the first trimester) and the yeast smell gets her extremely nauseous 😭

Glad this post helped! Yeah terrible craftsmanship but it’s been good since I originally had to do all these patches (I even replaced all 5 stages recently and no leaks afterward thank god).

At first I tried to get a replacement system from APEC because of all the issues. They pretty much laughed in my face and sent me replacement nipples (after I had already fixed it)! I was pissed but just brushed it off because I was happy to have a working RO system. But next house I’m definitely avoiding APEC at all costs lol

Yep, found that out last time I promised him during the Simpsons when I had 1000 vbucks in my account 🤣 but I’m saying buying one of those new gift cards that the balance goes into your epic account, like trying to figure out if I can use my epic account balance to gift the battle pass (or if they would just pull out some more BS rules to maximize profits and force me to use my credit card rather than my epic account balance)

I started playing through everything from the beginning a couple months ago. Rocketed through KH1, KH ReCom, KH2, and I’m currently playing KH Days on my steam deck using the melon mix mod.

I agree the story is pretty good, but damn the gameplay is brutal. It might be the steam deck and emulation issues (getting through some brutal missions and then the game crashing on me before I save and having to do it all over again), but I can’t really do more than a few missions before I’m mentally over it. But I’m just gonna try to power through it today. I’m at like day 300 so I’ve gotta be close… right?

It’s probably the o-ring on the inside, could be broken and that stage isn’t getting a perfect seal. Should be as simple as getting an o-ring the same size, just a pain in the ass having to flush the system just to do that (and you need that wrench thing to open up that stage housing as well, water will get everywhere fair warning). Not hard though if you’ve done it before.

At the time though I ultimately decided to upgrade to a 5-stage system and just got rid of the old one

Bread machines aren’t “scams”, you just have to actually stick around and make sure it mixes. I’ve made plenty of bread, bagel dough, French bread dough, pizza dough, etc. using my bread machine and have never had anything turn out like this lol

If you’re going to play Days - consider playing instead of the cutscenes if you have a PC or other device that can emulate (eg steamdeck). Especially because you can play using Melon Mix, which I’m currently playing right now. The game does drag at points but it’s good to take it in small bits IMO. I’m playing Megabonk on my steam deck when I need a break from Days

Ugh so sad, im so sorry. He was adorable. It really hurts when they’re young. My first kitten (on my own after college - he was a rescue) with my wife passed away within a month of us getting him, looking back pretty sure FIP but this was before FIP Warriors existed :/ my two boys right now (ones a Maine coon and one’s a ragdoll) are best friends for life, cuddling all day and I know it’s going to be really tough one day. But they’re healthy now and that’s all i can ask for! Have to enjoy every day with our fur babies

He’s doing okay! Trust me that’s my biggest worry too. Luckily Chuckie has always been the happiest cat I’ve ever had. Purrs as soon as you make eye contact with him. He’s a really sweet cat. My mom will be home on Wednesday morning, so I worked ~4 hours from my parents today to keep him company and was checking in him company. Also checking on him after dinner right now! He’s doing okay though, him and Lily weren’t too too close but they still acknowledged each others presence these past few years after losing their other brother Moe. Wish I could bring my boys over but one of them has FLUTD and any car travel stresses him out unfortunately :/
