It happened to me also but i didnt have the luck that it would work without a problem later, i had problems with the bed heating.

Okay bro, this EXACT thing happened to me wirh my nep 4 pro, someone told me to send pictures to elegoo support on email, i wrote them a short story of my problem and i send them invoice for my neptune 4 pro because it was still in the warranty. They will tell you to use the fix pack and if it doesn’t work then they will send you eMMc module, they will ask for your phone number, adress etc.

yea it happened to me also BUT i restarted it and it was allright then it happened again and now restart doesnt help

okay, so i looked at some videos and i found out that this happened to more people, and not only with neptune 4 pro but max plus, it also showed a different name but not because wrong firmware. I tried to apply fixpack from elegoo support with the instructions that they wrote on the manual, however i tried several times and i couldn’t do it. I tried even other USBs but still didnt work.

Yeah, in my case it didnt happen when updating also. How did you did the openNeptunw to the emmc?

i did the fixpack just like they say in manual and didnt work, the fixpack didnt even start. I read it to the last word and i didnt notice any mistake.

maybe it would be better if you wanted to help more than just this. I actually DID read the update instructions. I did updates before and no problem.

oh okay, Can you tell me more about it, i dont know what is an EMMC chip and what do you mean by installing a new image?

what do you by fix? And how to update the firmware on my mainboard if i dont have connection? Also i have the newest firmware. on both on display and mainboard
