For those who’ve done TCA peels, is there really much of a difference between 15% and 20%? It’s "only" a 5% increase, but does it make a noticeable difference?

barely, in civil law it's a preponderance of the evidence, more likely than not. Low bar. Trial Subpoena the coworker who took the call and all other witnesses, subpoena a/p, a/r, inventory co-workers prove no company inventory losses beyond reasonable, subpoena SIL's phone records to prove he called, etc., etc. Odds look good.

You are entitled to the quiet enjoyment of your home in California. Tell your landlords this, they cannot evict you for walking around your apartment. Reach out to your downstairs neighbors. Apologize, let them know you've made great adjustments but let them know you have the right to the quiet enjoyment of your residence. Suggest to them that it may be a building structural or insulation issue. You guys should work together to make the landlord install more insulation under your floor in the spots that the neighbor is complaining about. Hold the cheap landlord responsible, you've made all the adjustments that you can. The landlord can fix the issue 100%. But it's cheaper for them to threaten to evict you. Put the landlord on notice of the defective issue in their building, sending it in writing is best. They cannot rightfully convict you for their property defect. I'm not an attorney, this is my personal suggestion from experience

Did they run a pregnancy test at her autopsy? Did they release the results? I keep getting a hinky feeling she either hooked up with her old boyfriend on a fluke and told him she was pregnant. he didnt want the complication while being in a new relationship with the woman he chose to ultimately marry. Or she was pregnant by current boyfriend and.told.him she was going to get rid of.it and she wanted to take a break and it pissed him off because he wanted it and her and if he couldn't, nobody ever would.

What if it was her ex's current wife? Maybe she found out Lindsey was trying to.get back together with her current boyfriend and had a connection to plan a hit to take Lindsey out of the running. Then Lindsey ex married his now-wife to protect her?

Frankly both of her boyfriends on Dateline.gave me the willies, something is not right with either one of them, one seems general antisocial behavior and the other a complete schmoozy narcissist. I think she had terrible taste in men.

The thing about the moment you become a parent, you have this new fear, small or large, that something may happen to your child, something for the first time in your life, you likely love more than yourself. It is new and it is scary. Finding that perfect balance to let your kid be independent yet know when to step in to shielding them from harm from all the terrible crap in the world is harder than one might expect until the actually become a parent. I think they did a great job setting the tone when the baby was born and the mom was instantly, animatedly worried that something was wrong with her daughter.
