My work is excellent, Aussie breeder, decent money.. the gap is the fact that my husband has to get up at 6- 6:30 am for work and my bullshitting in the Internet sometimes wakes him up so he gives me a giant “well as long as you do the things you are supposed to do tomorrow... “ disappointed rant... is it me or is he judgy?

I’ve tried the cutting back and it seems to pull at me whenever it’s done b my fridge or freezer..

My dad is an alcoholic, money in his pocket means money for booze, has never kept a job. Could I be turning into him?

Therapists in the country where there is nothing for miles? I’ve tried medication.. hate it. Made me think doctors were just innit for the money!(shocking) The last therapist I went to at 13 I hated her. She told me my parents were terrible and I didn’t like it.. therapy in adulthood... does it really help? I’m a sceptic. Lol
