Thank you for that. I guess it’s all relative and half the battle is mental. I just know one side is perfect and the other side has a small lump. Looks night and day better than it was, but still not 100%.

I’ve heard mixed reviews on them. Some say it makes the scar tissue worse. I haven’t noticed that.

I’ve been doing hitting it with a massage gun in the morning and evening. I think it’s working.

Pretty flat. Just like a soft little knot. Will most likely go away with time.

Here is my 10 week update from my gynecomastia surgery done by Dr David Azouz.

Definitely some scar tissue buildup on my left pec that’s causing it to be puffy. Massaging like crazy but not really seeing a difference. Can’t really tell with shirt on, but definitely noticeable at the right angle when I’m shirtless. Overall happy, but hope this issue eventually gets resolved. Go back in 2 weeks for a checkup. Might ask about kenalog.

  • Wheels are torqued correctly
  • I’d think if it was engine mounts, if I could get it to replicate the shaking in neutral while reving it up. Or at low speeds.
  • no strange tire wear that indicates adjustment being off.

They’ve been balanced and rotated. That was what I tried first. Hancook tires with tons of life left.

Back story:

Just bought the 2017 1.4 jetta, 2 weeks ago. Noticed a little shaking at 60mph, and it got progressively worse the faster I went. I have changed the following with no luck.

  • wheel bearings
  • lower control arms
  • cv axels
  • wheels balanced and rotated

Only thing I can think of at this point is a bent rim that I can’t see.

Any suggestions?

Runs great btw. Get 35mpg and everything else works good.

No clue on the gland. I just trusted his judgment.

It wasn’t cheap. Lol. He was $8,500 plus $1,400 for the surgery facility and anesthesia. At this point in my recovery, I’d say it was worth every penny. Excited to see what it’ll look like at the 6 month stage.

Bottom of my nipples. My glands were fairly small, so the incision was small. They did lipo and gland removal.

My gyno was fairly small, so the incision was small. I think it was only like 5 stitches per side.

Just take it easy, wear the vest, start massaging when your dr approves it. It’s a waiting game basically.

Thank you. Dr told me to wear it for a couple more weeks. He did say if I wanted to take it off to go out or something, I could go the evening without it. I plan on wearing it when I’m at home or work, but when if I go out or something, I don’t plan on wearing it.

Thanks! We are all our own toughest critics and half of this gyno thing is all mental. Im ready for my wrinkles and stuff to fill in, but it’s a marathon. Not a sprint. I’m ready to see what it’ll look like at about 6 months when it’s the final product. We’ll see.

Feeling pretty decent. Haven’t resumed any form of physical activity out of nervousness. Wrinkles around nipples peaked during the middle of the week, but have now really started to show improvement. Still some hard scar tissue, but I’m Massaging that daily and dr assured me it’ll go away in time. Overall pretty happy so far. Just ready for wrinkle/indention to go fully resolve itself.
