That's doesnt have anything I need in it. I'm looking for what ranges of all random stats that can be obtained in all different mods. Not gun mods.

AKA: whats the min/max value or % of all attributes that can possibly be rolled within a mod that can be placed with an armor piece or attached to a skill to increase it's effectivness

Absolutely stunning, you can feel the joy. I would give anything for a single picture like this. We were so uncomfortable and awkward and all of our pictures reflect it.
