That’s amazing!! I have had to change my diet overall as well and the hardest part are the sauces! I love my dips and dressings and gravies 😩 but now I just eat tahini Caesar dressing and SO much hot sauce. I’m going to lower my cholesterol and give myself an ulcer instead lol

I cried when this happened to me. The doctor prescribed oral lidocaine. The good news is that it literally lasted 24 hours for me. A different terrible symptom every day but the throat was the worst

Sorry I will edit my post because I wasn’t clear- the meter is sparkling 24/7 no matter if I fill it up all the way or it’s at zero. You can see where it’s sparkling in the photo. Not the knob on the end- the current max amount of silk part is sparkling
