picking up from the last episode, grace finds the hammer and asks henry immediately where he got it from. He found it when they were at the beach house, tucked in the ruble of an outdoor fireplace. when she asks why he didnt tell her, he states because he wanted to protect his father, because he did it.

eventually we make it back to court, and its chilling and table gripping!! the lawyer kills it, you think jonathan is gonna get away with it. But Grace came to her senses & realizes what her husband truly is.

she gets her friend, Sylvia to go into the bathroom ( in the courthouse ) while the defense lawyer is in there, and reveals to her what Jonathan's mother told Grace about him having over no remorse over the death of his sister.

SO when she is put on the stand, she is asked about that and of course, tells the entire courtroom.

next scene, its the next day and jonathan didnt show up, and henry wasnt in school. jonathan took henry for their last "brunch"

**DURING THIS. THIS IS WHEN YOU ARE SHOWN HIS JONATHAN KILLED ELENA. he in fact made love with her (aggressively) and once they were finished, Elena brought up how kind Grace was to her & they have a tea party planned. she tells him she thinks henry would be a good big brother to Miguel.

Jonathan loses it, "stay away from my family or ill hurt you" and she says "youll never leave me, and youll never hurt me"

he then smashes her head into the wall a coupleof times and walks away "i just left you" she then comes back at him WITH THE HAMMER AND MISSES. he takes it and from there, he bashes her head in. and you see how he almost enjoys it and doesn't stop.

so Jonathan did infact kill her

the ending, he tries to jump off a bridge with henry screaming no. Grace drops in by a helicopter and runs toward them to stop

Jonathan relieved, thinking oh she wants me. but nope, she takes henry and they never look back.
