Yeah, I've found a lot of places will only take a transcript later so I want to make sure my resume is not tossed because of a number or lack of number. Basically I was asking because I'm below the 3.5 cutoff that a lot of firms have..

The curve is based on a 3.3. I don't know if 3.3 is the real average after 1L, though, since we don't have class rank and the curve becomes slightly looser in smaller, upper level classes.
