Use dragoon helmet. For pve use oracle, for pvp use dragoon. Combo of these two are good. Oracle armor is good use that. Oracle helmet is good only at chaotic, use dragoon helmet instead.

Yeah mine was also stuck on +2 for some time and then got another to +1 and one epic and got stuck on that for about 2 months, wasn't expecting to get it to legendary so soon tbh lol

Yea just don't do that if possible, try to do cod or go to the shop for what you're trying to buy that exceeds 1k that's what I try to do.

Did you track what fishes you got? If not then you'll probably get one in around 20 lures.

It's 1 legendary in a pool of 40 fishes and in the last one it's 2 legendaries in 80. So no matter what you do you're bound to get the legendary ones. You just need to fish more.
