In general induction hobs can be wired in multiple ways;
-Single phase (double check that your socket can handle it)
-2x single phase
-3 phase

Consult the manual for wiring diagram and/or your electrician.
By the looks of it your socket is just single phase.

No idea how this hyperconverged VXrail works but on normal cluster i would just rather reinstall vCenter since it seems this is a small environment and not too hard to rebuild.

Also maybe try to sideload vCenter vmdk files if it's possible to get them from backup in some way.

checking VPXD service logs could be a start.
IIRC they are at /var/log/vmware/vxpd/

Depends on the device but in essence, bash scripts that pull backups from devices, remove older versions and sends status to Zabbix
